HOW TO BE A POWERFUL NETWORK MARKETER

Are you a powerful network marketer? Would you like to be? Do you want the power to build a large organization, the power to earn a huge income, the power to live your life anyway you choose? Let's take a look at where power comes from in this business.

The power of network marketing is in duplication.

So how do you take that power and make it your own? By duplicating everything you do and pass down to your organization to use it working on your behalf.

And how do you do that? How do you get thousands of people working for YOU?

By working for THEM, that's how.
And so the power you seek must ultimately come from YOU.

You are indeed very capable and hard working. Yet you can infinitely amplify your efforts by directing them not only for your own benefit, but for the benefit of others. Network marketing provides the ideal framework in which to do this.

Your job is not to sell or recruit. In the end, your job is to teach and assist people. Within that framework, sales and sign-ups will definitely take place, creating growing, supportive infrastructure in which you can continue to work. You must focus, though, on giving your efforts to others because only in that way can they be magnified.

The power you need is already within you. Your job is to use that power to help others, and teach them to do the same, so that it will increase. In the end, your success in network marketing will be about 99% dependent on your sincere desire to help others achieve their dreams and goals, and about 1% dependent on all the other things such as products, pay plans, fax-on demands, websites, audiotapes, conference calls, and the like. Yes, these things are important, powerful tools. They are mostly useless however, without your sincere desire to benefit  and help others.

We frequently complain about the lack of personal service in today's world. ATMs have replaced bank tellers, the giant warehouse as market, and phone calls are answered by a computerized voice that instructs us to ''press 1 to inquire about your account....please hold while I access that information." In such a world, network marketing offers a distinct, valuable advantage----sincere, caring personal service.

Yet too many networkers fail to distinguish themselves in this way, hiding instead behind voice mail, web pages, and direct mail flyers. These are powerful communication tools to be sure, and they definitely have their place. Yet we must remember that they are not a substitute for sincere, personal caring and genuine interest.

Network marketing is a numbers game. We all know that. We need to keep in mind that the power of the numbers is in their depth. Prospecting and building wide helps us gain momentum, and identify leaders. Building deep creates real, lasting power and value.

The way you build deep is to care, to teach, to assist. That will bring you the kind of power that you can never loose.
